Tamōx Talōm Food Forest

Join us for a hands-on learning experience at Tamōx Talōm Food Forest, a community food forest on San Antonio’s South Side where families can explore the connections between food, culture, land, and community.

During our visit, families will take a guided tour and participate in activities designed for different age groups. Students will have the opportunity to learn about ancestral food practices, Indigenous knowledge, food security, regenerative growing, and the importance of preserving traditional knowledge for future generations.

• Sun protection/hat

• Bug protection

• Plenty of water
