About
San Antonio hosts the largest march celebrating Martin Luther King Day in the nation, with approximately 300,000 participants. If you have a For the Culture shirt, please wear it. We will have a banner and march together at the event.
There is a free VIA park and ride service from the AT&T center that will drop you off at the beginning of the march and take you back to your vehicle at the end.
YOU CAN MEET US AT THE AT&T CENTER OR AT MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. ACADEMY.
We will be meeting at the AT&T center at 9:15 AM to get on the buses. We will also meetup at the beginning of the march at around 9:30-45 AM in front of Martin Luther King, Jr. Academy.
The march begins at 10:00 AM.

The March is 2.75 miles and starts at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Academy, travels up Martin Luther King Drive, and ends at Pittman-Sullivan Park, all on the City’s historic East Side.
