Get ready for a behind-the-scenes tour of KENS 5 News Station! This exclusive tour will give our group a look into the inner workings of a live news broadcast and the departments that make it all happen, including the newsroom, marketing, and – when possible – a control room. One of the highlights is the chance to watch the KENS 5 News at Noon broadcast. This tour offers an amazing opportunity for students to see real-time broadcasting and meet the faces they see on TV. We can’t wait for you to join us!
• Photography is allowed, but please make sure your phone is on silent and avoid using flash.
• Watching KENS 5 newscasts before the tour will help students better understand what they’ll see.
• Don’t forget your ID if you’re an adult chaperone, as it will be required at check-in.
Parking & Arrival:
There’s plenty of parking available. If the KENS lot is full, there are nearby lots you can use. Upon arrival, press the button at the gate for security to let you in. Make sure the entire group is together before entering the building.
