Holiday Book Tasting Party

Join us for a cozy afternoon of stories, snacks, and community fun for all ages! This free event is open to the entire For the Culture community. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and leave with a new story to love. We’re turning the space into a Book Café where readers from Pre-K through high school can “taste” new books at themed tables.

🎁 Book Exchange We invite you to bring a wrapped book for the exchange (we welcome used books). Please label it with a short description and an age range or reading level. If you’re not able to bring one, no worries, we’ll have plenty of extra books. The book does not need to be holiday themed. Any genre is welcome.

📦 Book Donations Have book you are ready to pass on? Help us stock our tasting tables with books for every age group. We especially love stories by authors of color. Gently used picture books, chapter books, middle grade, and YA titles are all welcome.

Book Drop-Off: 📍 Bring donations to our office at Woodlawn Pointe by November 20th 🕙 Drop off any Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 10 AM–3 PM
