About
Join us for a free educational field trip to the Edwards Aquifer Authority Education Outreach Center. Students will explore the Edwards Aquifer, groundwater, water conservation, native plants and wildlife, geology, and environmental stewardship through engaging presentations and interactive learning stations.
Students will be divided into two groups (if applicable):
• Elementary Age
• Middle & High School Age
The learning stations will be the same for both groups, though some content may be adjusted to be age-appropriate.
What to Bring:
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
• Walking shoes
• Hat and/or sun protection for outdoor portions of the program
Optional Lunch Gathering:
Families are welcome to bring a lunch and cooler.
Please note that food is not permitted inside the facility. Following the program, a pavilion outside will be reserved exclusively for our group for approximately 1.5 hours. Families who would like to stay and enjoy lunch together are welcome to do so.
