We’re looking for more people to step into the behind-the-scenes roles that keep everything organized and on track. FTC is a cooperative community, which means everything we offer exists because people step in, share their time, and support one another. As we continue to grow, we need more people willing to step up so we can keep things running smoothly and sustainably.

Join us for a Committee Info Meeting to learn more about how you can get involved behind the scenes. We’re forming two key teams: a Co-op Planning Committee and a Field Trip Planning Committee. These roles help with organizing schedules, planning events, coordinating logistics, and making sure our programs stay strong.

This meeting is a chance to hear what each role looks like, ask questions, and see where your strengths and availability might fit. You don’t have to do everything, but everyone doing something makes a big difference.
