This virtual workshop is designed to empower co-op parents with practical insights to be effective educators within For the Culture (FTC) co-op, emphasizing inclusivity and the BIPOC experience.
In this workshop, you'll:

Understand the philosophy and mission of FTC co-op, which values diversity and collaboration.
Learn the qualities and skills that make co-op teachers successful.
Explore the power of lesson planning and organization.
